Fawley Bryant was challenged with the master planning and visioning process for the Pace Center for Girls 2.7 million dollar expansion. The team first managed the technical aspects of the project regarding floor areas, site and parking issues and connecting existing structures. Fawley Bryant began to define an aesthetic that had institutional scale and materials, while embracing a residential home feeling. The final result was a 9,000 SQ.FT. addition that will represent Pace for the years to come.
