Four level, pre-cast concrete, 530 +/- space parking garage which includes a public restroom space, a 7,500 SQ.FT.. Chamber of Commerce space and approximately 4,000 SQ.FT. retail shell space. Retail spaces are designed to a “cold dark shell” which includes code minimum electrical and HVA or plumbing. The garage is designed with an exterior ramp to the second level and uses sloped floor parking ramps to the remaining floors. To not require mechanical ventilation, the garage facade allows 50% net free openings and the exterior facade has been designed to blend into the fabric of the city, making a bold statement.
