The team at Fawley Bryant Architecture unites world-class skill with a special insight in our community. We bring our best to work with clients across the country, but there is a particular spark when we work on a project in southwest florida.

We’ve seen first-hand that local collaborations yield better outcomes. A local business is able to leverage a developed network and contextual awareness that enables a project to flourish in the local environment. Through a nuanced understanding of a region, they are able to anticipate pitfalls, capitalize on strengths, and engage partners.

We don’t only bring local knowledge, we bring local heart. That’s because we are a company who’s been built through the support of our community. Our community has believed in us and we are committed to giving back. We have fruitful partnerships with many local organizations, including Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, Manatee Chamber, and Visit Sarasota. Over the last year, we have given $60,000 in financial support to local foundations that are making a difference in our region. This is not an isolated line-item. Members of our team have spent time at 48 different community events, investing in causes they are passionate about. Amanda Parrish, Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Fawley Bryant Architecture, shares, “Our success is intertwined with our community. We’ve put down roots here. When we get out of the office, we not only make a difference in our community, we realize the difference they make to us.”
